Welcome to ADDSOR LLC (“ADDSOR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, enrollment, booking, and participation in ADDSOR programs and services, including the English in Action program. By purchasing, booking, enrolling in, or participating in an ADDSOR service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

​

1. Our Services

​

ADDSOR provides educational services designed to help participants develop practical language skills through live instruction, guided activities, educational materials, and other learning experiences. Programs may include group classes, individual classes, combined programs, digital materials, and other educational services. Program features, schedules, availability, instructors, and pricing may vary.

​

2. English in Action Programs

​

ADDSOR currently offers the following English in Action options:

​

PRO — Group Program

​

The PRO program is an 8-week group program that includes:

​

• Two 90-minute live classes per week

• Online instruction through Zoom

• Group participation and interactive activities

• Access to applicable course materials

​

PRO is purchased as a complete program rather than individual classes.

​

FLEX — Individual Program

​

The FLEX program provides individual instruction and currently includes:

​

• Three 60-minute individual classes per week

• Online instruction through Zoom

• Personalized participation and guidance

​

FLEX is offered on a weekly basis unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

​

ELITE — Combined Program

​

The ELITE program is an 8-week combined learning option that currently includes:

​

• Two 60-minute individual classes per week

• Access to the PRO group program

• Online instruction through Zoom

• Access to applicable course materials

​

The specific features and current price of each program will be displayed before purchase.

​

3. Enrollment and Payment

​

Enrollment is confirmed after the required payment has been successfully completed. Participants are responsible for providing accurate information when registering, including their correct name, contact information, and payment information. Prices are displayed before purchase and may change for future enrollments or programs. A price change will not retroactively change the price of a program that has already been purchased unless otherwise agreed.

4. Scheduling

​

Participants must select from the class times made available by ADDSOR. Class availability may be limited and certain time slots may fill before others. For group programs, participants are expected to attend the group schedule selected or assigned during enrollment. For individual sessions, participants are responsible for booking and attending their scheduled sessions according to the applicable program requirements.

All times displayed during booking should be reviewed carefully before confirming a reservation.

5. Rescheduling Individual Sessions

​

Individual sessions that are eligible for rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. When sufficient notice is provided, ADDSOR will make reasonable efforts to provide another available time. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being considered used. Rescheduling is subject to instructor and schedule availability. A specific replacement date or time cannot be guaranteed. Repeated rescheduling may be limited when necessary to maintain the structure and availability of the program.

6. Missed Classes and Late Arrival

​

Participants are responsible for attending their scheduled classes on time. If a participant arrives late, the session will normally still end at the originally scheduled time. A missed individual session without the required notice may be considered used and may not be replaced or refunded. Missed group classes are generally not individually rescheduled because group sessions follow a predetermined schedule. If ADDSOR cancels a scheduled class, ADDSOR will provide an appropriate alternative, such as rescheduling the class or providing another reasonable solution.

7. PRO Refund Policy

​

The PRO program is purchased as a complete 8-week program. If, before the program begins, the available class schedule does not work for the participant, the participant may request cancellation and a refund according to ADDSOR’s applicable refund procedures. Once the participant’s program has begun, payments for PRO are generally non-refundable except when otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by ADDSOR. Failure to attend classes does not automatically create eligibility for a refund.

8. FLEX and ELITE Cancellation Policy

​

FLEX and ELITE may be canceled in accordance with the cancellation options presented at the time of purchase. Cancellation prevents future eligible charges when applicable but does not automatically create a refund for amounts already paid or services already made available. Payments already processed are generally non-refundable except when required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by ADDSOR. Participants remain responsible for complying with the applicable rescheduling requirements for sessions scheduled before cancellation becomes effective.

9. Technical Requirements

​

Because classes are provided online, participants are responsible for having:

​

• A stable Internet connection

• A device compatible with Zoom

• A functioning camera

• A functioning microphone

• An appropriate environment for participating in class

​

Technical problems involving the participant’s Internet connection, device, microphone, camera, or other personal equipment generally do not require ADDSOR to extend, replace, or refund a session. ADDSOR will make reasonable efforts to address technical problems caused by systems under its control.

​

10. Zoom Participation

​

Participants must join Zoom sessions using their correct first and last name so they can be properly identified. Participants may be required to keep their camera on during interactive portions of a class when reasonably necessary for participation and the learning experience. Participants should join from a quiet and appropriate location whenever possible.

​

11. Participant Conduct

​

ADDSOR is committed to maintaining a respectful, supportive, and productive learning environment.

​

Participants are expected to:

​

• Treat instructors and other participants respectfully

• Avoid bullying, harassment, discrimination, threats, or disruptive behavior

• Use appropriate language

• Participate respectfully in discussions and activities

• Avoid intentionally disrupting classes

• Follow reasonable instructions from the instructor

• Respect the privacy of other participants

ADDSOR may warn, mute, remove, suspend, or terminate the participation of an individual whose conduct seriously or repeatedly interferes with the safety, privacy, or learning experience of others. Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal when reasonably necessary. Removal for violation of these rules does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund, subject to applicable law.

12. Class Recordings and Privacy

​

Participants may not record, photograph, screenshot, reproduce, livestream, or distribute classes or content involving instructors or other participants without appropriate authorization. If ADDSOR intends to record a class, participants will be informed as appropriate. Personal information is handled in accordance with the ADDSOR Privacy Policy.

13. Educational Materials and Intellectual Property

​

Course materials provided by ADDSOR, including documents, exercises, videos, audio, presentations, graphics, teaching methods, and other original materials, may be protected by intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise stated, materials are provided for the participant’s personal educational use. Participants may not sell, publicly distribute, reproduce for commercial purposes, upload, publish, or commercially exploit ADDSOR materials without written authorization.

14. Educational Results

​

ADDSOR is committed to providing a structured environment designed to help participants improve their language skills. However, language development varies from person to person and depends on factors including attendance, participation, practice, previous knowledge, effort, and individual learning circumstances. Therefore, enrollment in an ADDSOR program does not guarantee a particular level of fluency, test result, employment opportunity, academic result, or other specific outcome.

15. Participant Responsibility

​

Participants are responsible for actively participating in the learning process. This includes attending classes, preparing when requested, completing applicable activities, practicing outside class when appropriate, and communicating with ADDSOR when scheduling or technical issues arise. ADDSOR provides instruction, guidance, and learning opportunities, but the participant’s progress also depends substantially on personal participation and practice.

16. Minors

​

If ADDSOR permits a minor to participate in a program, enrollment, payment, and acceptance of these Terms must be completed by a parent or legal guardian when required. The parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that the minor complies with the applicable program rules.

Additional requirements may apply to programs involving minors.

​

17. Third-Party Platforms

​

ADDSOR may use third-party platforms to provide its services, including website, payment, scheduling, communication, and videoconferencing providers. The use of those platforms may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. ADDSOR is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by independent third-party services outside ADDSOR’s reasonable control.

18. Changes to Programs

​

ADDSOR may make reasonable changes to instructors, materials, schedules, technology, or program structure when necessary to operate or improve its services. If a significant change materially affects a participant’s purchased service, ADDSOR will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate solution.

​

19. Suspension or Termination

​

ADDSOR reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services when reasonably necessary because of:

​

• Nonpayment

• Fraud or misuse

• Serious or repeated violations of these Terms

• Harassment or threatening behavior

• Unauthorized distribution of course materials

• Conduct that materially disrupts classes or affects the safety or rights of others

​

Any refund eligibility following termination will be determined according to these Terms and applicable law.

​

20. Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADDSOR will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of its services or from circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

21. Changes to These Terms

​

ADDSOR may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its programs, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes will apply prospectively as appropriate and will not remove rights already provided to participants under applicable law.

22. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
